UNC Asheville – Belk Theater

Under the leadership of McMillan Pazdan Smith Architects, Kyle Smith & Associates provided theater consulting services for the renovation upgrades to the existing 200-seat Studio Theater. As the theater consultant on the project, Kyle’s team reconfigured the existing gridiron over the space to accommodate new performance lighting positions and removable safety guardrails over the center stage. The project includes new performance lighting equipment and enhanced lighting positions, new seats and interior finishes.
