Reimagining an Atlanta Landmark
Since 2008, Kyle Smith has served as theater consultant for the Atlanta Civic Center, providing programming and theater design consulting with several architectural firms to re-envision the existing 4,200-seat auditorium, which has been closed for more than a decade.
Kyle Smith & Associates has assisted TVS Architects in Atlanta with conceptual design to reconfigure the auditorium as a potential home for the Atlanta Opera and Atlanta Ballet. This work is a design concept, not a completed renovation; the proposed program and estimates should be reconfirmed before publication.
